Commission- What Can I Do For You?

I can and will go just about anywhere in the world to shoot an event.

That being said there is a caveat...
I am not by definition an event photographer. There are many outstanding event shooters for hire out there. So if you're considering me you're probably familiar with my work. If not check out my gallery.

Remember you are commissioning me to record the event through my eye much the same as commissioning an artist to paint a portrait or mural. Hence the name of the page.

All commission work is done on an individual basis and I can be contacted by phone or e-mail found on the bottom of each page.

About my work ethic: I like to arrive early,stay until the job is done, and get you your shots in a timely manner. (generally one week based on the size of the shoot) I also deliver 3 to 5 times more Royalty Free shots than any of the competiton.

There are several basic items which apply to all contracts:

Once an agreement has been reached payment is rendered in thirds:

• One third at the time of the contract signing
• One third at the completion of the shoot
• One third upon delivery of the pictures

NOTE:The final payment is the only one considered refundable in case there is a problem.

Visiting the event site in advance (24 hours is preferred) is a must. This is essential for me to determine lighting, placement etc. It prevents unpleasent surprises.

Travel expenses over 30 miles from my home are to be borne by the client

The event shoot is only a small part of the total job. The price agreed upon includes all post production work which is the bulk of the task. Every shot is hand cropped, color corrected, and checked personally by me. No batch processing, no outsourcing. This is where I earn my keep.

All commission work is Royalty Free meaning you own it, can sell it, or use it in any way you want. I do also ask the use of it or them for my own promotion work and portfolio.
